Ernest Richard Bishop Jr., 51, was arrested by Miami-Dade police on Monday after the Carnival Sunrise returned to port in Miami, local TV station WPLG reported. He was charged with lewd and lascivious conduct. The 23-year-old woman was aboard a four-night cruise ship—the Pacific Explorer—which had left Melbourne on Tuesday and was headed to Kangaroo Island before turning back towards Victoria’s capital.
