Despite more than a year of its launch and multiple updates, CD Projekt still has some work to do to halt the occurrence of these random glitches. In the months and years after Cyberpunk 2077’s disastrous launch, CD Projekt Red worked hard to right the ship, releasing multiple updates that improved the game’s performance and in some cases, even added new content. These improvements combined with renewed interest in the game after the success of the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners anime has seen public opinion on Cyberpunk 2077 do a complete 180, with many now hailing it as yet another great game from the Polish game studio....

Lack of options in the way of character customization or otherwise tailoring looks with armor or body equipment is regularly seen in JRPGs and other genres where characters often have specified, stagnant designs. For example, Persona 5 allows players to change out and upgrade armor, but it won’t change Joker’s or his teammate’s appearances. Genshin Impact is an RPG with an array of equipment called Artifacts, but none actually show on the characters’ bodies and the designs stay the same....

The last mainline installment that was released, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, was a particular favorite among players. It achieved critical and commercial success while also cementing CD Projekt Red’s reputation as a respected developer. However, the studio’s move away from the familiar Witcher series proved to be not quite so fruitful, and Cyberpunk 2077’s infamous launch and subsequent issues became a cautionary tale for all developers. It may be a separate IP, but Cyberpunk 2077’s fortunes may be inextricably linked and could even prove detrimental to The Witcher games for a while yet....

Namely, there’s the Cyberpunk tabletop game, whose setting was first conceived by creator Mike Pondsmith. The Cyberpunk 2020 tabletop RPG kicked things off, giving players a look at a dystopian future. As time went on, new editions were released, with the latest being Cyberpunk Red. That game is set in 2045, which allowed CD Projekt Red to build a completely new story with the setting in Cyberpunk 2077. Wiggins — winner of the 2012 Tour de France — and Froome, who won cycling's most iconic event one year later, rarely raced together in 2013. That led to reports of a falling out between the pair, but the alleged feud was said to be patched up in a Mallorca training camp in December. The Czech and Slovakia governments approved the new COVID restrictions on Thursday and will put them into place on Monday. According to Czech Health Minister Adam Vojtech, unvaccinated people will no longer be able to rely on negative coronavirus tests to attend public events or go into restaurants, bars, museums and other public facilities. The restrictions are planned to stay in place until the end of February. The stricter regulations came after Czech’s daily COVID case count increased to 22,511 new cases on Tuesday, and the country’s infection rate has risen to 819 new cases per 100,000 residents over the past week, up from 558 a week earlier....

Antonio Russell was pulled over for not wearing a seatbelt in his white Maserati in Louisville, his son’s hometown, and an officer found a water bottle filled with a red codeine.
