However, like Fallout 4’s Synths or conspiracies like the Illuminati, Mr. Blue Eyes is always watching. Players can catch him once or twice, in-game and in the marketing, but he remains a huge mystery.

Cyberpunk 2077: Mr. Blue Eyes Could Be an AI, an Alien, or Worse
As aforementioned, if players choose the Cyberpunk 2077 ending where Rogue dies, V will become Night City’s big fixer. They’ll get a job to rob a space station, and that’s the only real contact V has with Mr. Blue Eyes. V’s interactions seem to suggest that they don’t trust him, but it’s not like they have anything to lose. Players cannot directly interact with him at any point in the game, but they did realize he was watching them in the mission with Jefferson Peralez.
Adding to this mystery is how Garry the Prophet believes Blue-Eyed people live in space and control politics, how he, Garry, and Jefferson all wear the same ring, and Mr. Blue Eyes’ appearance in the Cyberpunk 2077 reveal trailer—as a regular person. There are a lot of things that are never fully explored about him.
Some believe, thanks to the eyes and the rings, that Mr. Blue Eyes, Garry, and Jefferson are all somehow connected to a Rogue AI. Others think it could legitimately believe aliens. Mr. Blue Eyes is clearly not that friendly and has enough connections in space. Furthermore, Mr. Blue Eyes breaks the number one rule of Night City: to make a name for one’s self. This really puts him at odds with the game’s main themes.
Cyberpunk 2077 DLC Has a Ton of Mr. Blue Eyes Questions It Could Answer
Whatever Mr. Blue Eyes is or does remains a huge mystery, with theories far outweighing any evidence. Mysteries are good for games, as to this day, many Red Dead Redemption 2 players are still searching for answers to various mysteries. It seems unlikely that there’s some major element yet to be discovered that’ll shed more light on it, leaving this mystery to hopefully be explored in DLC.
Furthermore, Cyberpunk 2077 DLC would do well to bring in Morgan Blackhand and explore what’s going on with this beloved character. Some have noticed game files suggest Mr. Blue Eyes has Blackhand’s hair, but if there’s any deeper meaning there, it’s unclear. Perhaps some DLC could bring in both of these; perhaps something happened to Blackhand because of Mr. Blue Eyes. But either way, there are a lot of questions that a DLC based on Mr. Blue Eyes and his organization could resolve.
Cyberpunk 2077 is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
