“The chief minister has already moved the files to the ACB which means that an FIR will now be filed against Sheila Dikshit,” the sources told IANS.
The issue relates to alleged irregularities in the procurement of items at inflated prices in the run-up to the Commonwealth Games when Sheila Dikshit was the Delhi chief minister.
